Let’s walk you through our booking process.

  • 1. Inquire

    When you are ready to discuss availability, start with completing our inquiry form with all the information you may have regarding your event. We will be in touch with a response via email within a week.

  • 2. Design Consultation

    Once your inquiry is received we will confirm availability for your date and time. With that email, we will send date and times we are available for a Consultation phone call. We want to be able to go over details, “meet”, and make sure we are a good fit for your big day as well.

  • 3. Booking

    Once a direction is discussed for your wedding cake design we will send an official proposal.

    When your proposal is accepted by you, we will request an initial deposit to hold your wedding date with us and sign our digital contract.

  • 4. Final Details

    Your remaining final payment will be due 3 weeks prior to your wedding date.

    At that time we will also reach out to do a final details call to confirm times, guest count, and verify your day-of contacts information.

  • 5. Wedding Day

    Making this a true stress-free experience, we will deliver & set up your wedding cake and desserts at your venue!
