Common Questions

  • Our starting prices include a smooth or textured white buttercream design, any gourmet flavor from our menu, and we will also include a few to-go containers for any of your cake leftovers.

    We do not charge extra for our signature flavors

    As your design begins to get more complex, the price can increase.

  • This is a tricky questions at times, we know! The general rule is to have enough cake to serve at least 75-80% of your final guest count. There can be guests who don’t like cake, can’t eat cake, or have to leave before it’s served. But you know your guests best!

    If you are looking for a cutting cake or a specific sized centerpiece cake (that won’t have enough servings) - We offer ‘kitchen cakes’. These are simply decorated 3-layer cakes based on the flavors chosen. Scroll up to our dessert table menu to see those sizes and pricing offered.

  • Yes, we do require delivery for all weddings orders. This fee is calculated based on your venue!

    You spend a lot of your hard earned money on desserts for you wedding - let us take care of getting them there! This keeps the responsibility on us, as we have extensive experience and have invested in equipment to help us do so safely.

    Once arriving at your venue your wedding cake/desserts will be set up as discussed prior or with your coordinator the day-of.

  • We ask for as much time as possible! Our calendar tends to fill up by the spring. Giving us 6-9 months is a great time frame as well! Anything less you are risking us not having availability.

  • Here are some things to remember to talk with your other vendors about:

    Florists - If you are placing fresh flowers on your design, you will need to order additional ‘cake flowers’ from your florist. If you are wanting a cake meadow or flowers to decorate around your wedding cake, let them know right away as well!

    Caterer - Please ask your caterer if they offer cake cutting services and what their fee is. They will need ample time to have the supplies needing for serving.

    Cake Table Decor - Don’t forget your cake cutting set (knife/server, forks, and plate)! Also decide if you are wanting a cake stand or topper!

    Planner - Always update your planner/coordinator/venue of your vendors that you have booked!

  • We always want to respect budget! To help spread your budget further we would always recommend a “centerpiece” cake with additional servings for your guests. This can be our Kitchen Cakes (sheet cakes), Cupcakes, or Macarons.

    We also offer faux tiers! Please let us know you’re interested in this when inquiring.
